摘  要:目的:研究桑白皮水提取物的美白功效。方法:建立UVB照射诱导豚鼠皮肤色素沉着模型,选用对应的药物涂抹豚鼠皮肤,观察皮肤的形态学和组织学变化,并测定皮肤组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)和脂质过氧化产物丙二醇(MDA)的含量。结果:与模型组相比,桑白皮水提取物能够降低UVB照射诱导的豚鼠皮肤色素沉着和角化层轻度增厚,并伴有CAT、SOD和GSH-Px活性上升,MDA含量减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桑白皮水提取物能够抵抗氧自由基和紫外线对皮肤的伤害,改善皮肤色素沉着。Objective:To study the whitening effects of water extracts of mulberry bark.Methods:The pigmentation model of guinea pig skins induced by UVB irradiation was established,and the corresponding drugs were applied to guinea pig skins.The morphological and histological changes of the skins were observed,and the contents of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total glutathione peroxidase(GPX)and lipid peroxidation product MDA were determined.Results:Compared with the model group,water extracts of mulberry bark can reduce the skin pigmentation and the slight thickening of keratosis layer induced by UVB irradiation in guinea pigs,and the activities of CAT,SOD and GSH-Px increased,while the content of MDA decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Water extracts of mulberry bark can effectively resist the damage of oxygen free radicals and ultraviolet rays on skin,and play a role in whitening and improving skin melanin synthesis and pigmentation problems.
