1例肾移植术后Q热血流感染伴肾周脓肿患者抗感染方案分析

摘　　要：本文报道1例肾移植术后Q热血流感染伴肾周脓肿的病例。结合患者病史特点,临床药师建议多西环素联合亚胺培南西司他汀抗感染治疗。在治疗过程中,临床药师加强对抗菌药物相关不良反应、药物之间相互作用及患者自身肾功能不全等方面的药学监护,患者体温、炎症指标等均好转,且未出现明显的不良反应。A case of Q fever bloodstream infection with perirenal abscess after renal transplantation was reported.Based on the characteristics of the patient’s medical history,clinical pharmacists recommended doxycycline combined with imipenem cilastatin for anti-infective therapy.During the treatment process,the clinical pharmacists strengthened the pharmaceutical monitoring of antimicrobial drug-related adverse reactions,drug-drug interactions and the patient’s own renal insufficiency,at the end,the patient’s body temperature and inflammatory indicators improved,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.
