摘  要:文中旨在通过5G一体化检测平台,实现院前急救与院内救治的无缝对接,提高急救效率.通过无线信号传输及多传感器集成技术,将6种医用传感器汇集于同一医用终端,设计了一种无线便携式一体化多生理参数检测平台.该平台可以实时快速检测多种生理参数,通过5G网络传输,结合院前结构化电子病历系统,实现在急救转运车、医联体、基层乡镇卫生医院等应用场景下的快速院前急救,提高急救效率.5G一体化检测平台有助于提高院前医疗急救服务质量,健全急救系统监测预警机制,推动院前医疗急救网络与医院信息系统连接贯通,提高指挥调度、信息分析与处理能力.The purpose of this paper is to realize the seamless connection between pre-hospital first aid and hospital treatment through the 5G integrated detection platform,and improve the efficiency of first aid.Through wireless signal transmission and multi-sensor integration technology,six kinds of medical sensors are brought together at the same medical end point,and a wireless portable integrated multi-physiological parameter detection platform is designed.The platform can quickly detect a variety of physiological parameters in real time.Through 5G network transmission,combined with the pre-hospital structured electronic medical record system,rapid pre-hospital first aid can be realized in application scenarios such as emergency transfer vehicles,medical alliances,and grass-roots township health hospitals,and the efficiency of first aid can be improved.The 5G integrated detection platform helps to improve the quality of pre-hospital medical emergency services,improve the monitoring and early warning mechanism of the first aid system,promote the connection between the pre-hospital medical emergency network and the hospital information system,and improve the command and dispatch,information analysis and processing.
