摘 要:文中针对100G全光信号处理技术进行了研究,基于面向服务架构(SOA)的思想,提出了一种可行的解决方案.通过分析100G全光信号处理技术现状和存在的问题,包括信号失真、信号传输距离限制等,介绍了SOA的基本概念和优势,并选择SOA作为本研究的基础架构.接着,详细讨论了SOA在100G全光信号处理技术中的应用,包括数据转换、光电转换、信号放大等.通过实验验证基于SOA的100G全光信号处理技术的可行性,总结了本研究的主要贡献和未来的研究方向.This paper conducted research on 100G all-optical signal processing technology and proposed a feasible solution based on the concept of Service Oriented Architecture(SOA).By analyzing the current status and existing problems of 100G all-optical signal processing technology,including signal distortion,signal transmission distance limitations,etc.,the basic concepts and advantages of SOA are introduced,and SOA is selected as the basic architecture for this study.Next,the application of SOA in 100G all-optical signal processing technology was discussed in detail,including data conversion,optoelectronic conversion,signal amplification,etc.The feasibility of 100G all-optical signal processing technology based on SOA was verified through experiments,and the main contributions and future research directions of this study were summarized.
