城轨无场段条件下物资仓储管理系统研究

摘　　要：针对无场段条件下存在的物资库分散、没有物资总库、物资管理效率低下、易对线路高效安全运营造成负面影响等问题,文中以物资编码、二维码、流程管理等技术为基础,提出了一套物资入库、出库、借用、盘点、报废的物资闭环管理系统.通过去中心化的单据管理模式,可以提高物资入库、出库、领用效率,提升物资管理效率和维保效率,为线路的安全高效运行提供保障.Aiming at the problems of dispersed material warehouses,no material general warehouses,low efficiency of material management,and negative impact on the efficient and safe operation of the line under the condition of no field segment,this paper proposes a closed-loop management system for materials warehousing,outbound,borrowed,inventoried,and scrapped based on material coding,QR code,process management and other technologies.Through a decentralized document management model,the efficiency of materials warehousing,outbound,and receiving can be improved to improve material management efficiency and maintenance efficiency,and provide guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the line.
