摘　　要：当前,大学生面临的心理压力和挑战日益增加,需寻找有效的方法来预防和干预可能的心理危机.对此需要借助现代信息技术手段,通过分析学生的社交媒体行为、学业表现、日常活动等多源数据,来提早识别出可能的心理健康问题.多源数据分析技术能综合各种类型的数据,提供更全面、深入的洞察,从而使心理危机预警系统能更精准地识别出处于风险中的学生.文中首先对多源数据分析技术进行了概述,解释其在心理危机预警中的应用和重要性.然后,介绍了预警系统的设计,包括架构设计、用户交互设计以及安全性与隐私保护措施.在系统功能实现部分展示了如何通过数据收集与整合、数据分析与模型训练、以及风险评估与模型应用,构建一个能有效预测大学生心理危机的系统.Currently,college students are facing increasing psychological pressure and challenges,and effective methods need to be found to prevent and intervene in possible psychological crises.Modern information technology is needed to identify potential mental health issues in advance by analyzing multiple sources of data such as students' social media behavior,academic performance,and daily activities.Multi source data analysis technology can integrate various types of data to provide more comprehensive and in-depth insights,thereby enabling the psychological crisis warning system to more accurately identify students at risk.This paper first provides an overview of multi-source data analysis techniques,explaining their application and importance in psychological crisis warning.Then,the design of the warning system was introduced,including architecture design,user interaction design,and security and privacy protection measures.In the system function implementation section,it demonstrates how to build an effective system for predicting psychological crises among college students through data collection and integration,data analysis and model training,as well as risk assessment and model application.
