法学课程思政教学协同创新组织的建构与途径

摘　　要：在“为党育人,为国育才”宗旨下,体现法学课程思政的“三全育人”原则,对法学课程思政教学协同创新的组织功能在组织文化、组织结构、组织协作、组织智能和组织保障等方面进行创新。基于组织功能重构的法学课程思政协同创新的实施途径,第一,应构建教学与行政协调创新法学课程思政教学的机制,如准确定位课程思政的行政权力和教学权力并调整二者关系,优化思政课程教学的管理机制:第二,应完善法学课程数字化教学平台的思政功能,发挥数字化平台对资源提供、交流空间和思政形式的支撑作用;第三,应站在中国式现代化高度在数字化转型、保护弱势群体权益、构建“大思政课”生态体系等方面建立法学课程思政教学协同创新体系。Under the purpose of“cultivate talent for the Party and the State”,this article reflects the“three aspects of educating people”principle of ideological and political education in law courses.It proposes to innovate the organizational functions of collaborative innovation in ideological and political education in law courses by focusing on five key areas:organizational culture,organizational structure,organizationalcollaboration,organizationalintelligence,andorganizational security.To implement the approach of ideological and political collaborative innovation in law courses,the first step is to establish a mechanism for teaching and administrative coordination and innovation of ideological and political education in legal courses.This involves accurately positioning the administrative power and teaching power of ideological and political education in courses and adjusting their relationship,optimizing the management mechanism of ideological and political education.The second step is to improve the ideological and political functions of the digital teaching platform for law courses.The digital platform should play a supporting role in resource provision,communication space,and ideological and political forms.The third step is to establish a collaborative innovation system of ideological and political teaching of law courses.This includes focusing on digital transformation,protecting the rights and interests of vulnerable groups,and building an ecological system of“big ideological and political courses”from the height of the Chinese path to modernization.
