摘　　要：范宏宇医师是濮阳市名中医,出身中医世家,从事中医肿瘤临床工作近30年。范医师临床主张“辨证施治,综合抗癌”的治疗理念,同时强调肿瘤相关疾病治疗要充分发挥中医药优势。放射性咽喉炎属中医“喉痹”范畴,其发生与火邪关系密切,而火邪多伤及气阴致气阴亏虚,导致本病虚实夹杂。本研究介绍了范医师以清热解毒、益气养阴为主,配合中医外治法治疗放射性咽喉炎的经验,临床应用疗效确切,故加以总结整理,以飨同道。Dr.Fan Hongyu is a renowned traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physician in Puyang City,coming from a family of TCM practitioners,and has been engaged in clinical TCM oncology for nearly 30 years.Dr.Fan advocates the treatment philosophy of“syndrome differentiation and comprehensive anti-cancer treatment,”emphasizing the advantages of TCM in treating tumor-related diseases.Radiation pharyngitis falls under the category of“throat impediment”in TCM,closely related to fire evil,which often damages qi and yin,leading to a deficiency of both.This study introduces Dr.Fan’s experience in treating radiation pharyngitis with a focus on clearing heat and detoxifying,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,combined with external TCM treatments.The clinical application has proven effective,thus it is summarized and organized for the benefit of peers.
