摘  要:目的:构建基于预约冲突检测的治疗系统,实现医院治疗项目的预约和全流程闭环管理。方法:基于临床实际需求和国家智慧医院建设指导意见,结合我院智慧服务中台的建设,设计和开发了一个包含治疗预约冲突检测的治疗系统。结果:系统上线6个月,累计完成16350人次治疗预约和14041份治疗记录,自助预约率达到93.28%。以皮肤外科为例,系统上线前患者现场等待时间为(40.93±22.67)min,系统上线后患者现场等待时间为(23.08±13.51)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:该系统实现了患者自助预约,帮助患者合理安排治疗时间,记录了治疗全过程,充分提高了医护工作效率,改善了治疗秩序,提升了患者就医体验。Objective Build a treatment system based on appointment conflict detection to achieve appointment and full-process closed-loop management for hospital treatment projects.Methods Based on the actual clinical needs and the national guidance on the construction of smart hospital,as well as the construction of our hospital's smart service center,a treatment system including the detection of treatment appointment conflict was designed and developed.Results Six months after the system was put into operation,a total of 16,350 treatment appointments and 14,041 treatment records went online,with the self-service appointment rate reached 93.28%.Before the system went online,the on-site waiting time for dermatologic surgery treatment patients was(40.93±22.67)min.While after the system went online,the on-site waiting time was(23.08±13.51)min,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The system can realize patients'self-service treatment appointment,help patients reasonably arrange treatment time,record the whole process of treatment,improve the efficiency of medical service and the treatment order,and enhance patients'medical experience.
