摘　　要：随着数字文明兴起、先进生产力质态出现,人类文明形态正面临着前所未有的巨大变革。“新质生产力”的提出,既蕴含着对世界进入数字文明时代、先进生产力质态发展的普遍性关照,又是中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系的创新建构。从经典理路上看,生产力发展构成人类文明形态演进的根本动力,文明形态演进又为生产力的进一步发展铺路。从现实根据上看,新质生产力生成与中国式数字文明发展是辩证互动的,批判和超越资本主义生产力质态和文明形态是两者共有的基本规定。从实践进路上看,布局新质生产力是中国式数字文明发展的具体指向,因此,要坚持高质量发展的基本站位,驾驭数字资本、激发人才红利;要坚持可持续发展的实践路径,升级传统产业、赋能生态治理;要夯实新要素发展的制度保障,强化数据安全、推进数据确权。在建构中国式数字文明与发展新质生产力的深度互嵌、同向共进中,形成服务于人的本质的实现而非服务于资本增值的新型人类文明样态。With the rise of digital civilization and the emergence of advanced productivity,the form of human civilization is witnessing unprecedented and tremendous changes.The proposal of“new quality productivity”not only contains universal concern for the world entering the era of digital civilization and the qualitative development of advanced productivity,but also is an innovative construction of the discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of classical theory,the development of productivity constitutes the fundamental driving force for the evolution of human civilization,and the evolution of civilization paves the way for the further development of productivity.From the perspective of reality,the generation of new quality productivity and the development of Chinese-style digital civilization are dialectical interactions,and criticizing and surpassing the quality and civilization form of capitalist productivity are the basic provisions shared by them.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the basic position of high-quality development,harness digital capital and stimulate talent dividends,adhere to the practical path of sustainable development,upgrade traditional industries and empower ecological governance,consolidate the institutional guarantee for the development of new elements,strengthen data security,and promote data rights confirmation.In the process of building a Chinese-style digital civilization and developing the new quality productivity,a new type of human civilization will be formed that serves the realization of human essence rather than capital appreciation.
