论我国主流话语能力的多层要义、建设要素及生成条件

摘　　要：我国主流话语能力是各类话语主体在话语生产和话语实践中生产建构、传播表达、捍卫维护、创新发展主流话语的能力。我国主流话语能力建设要以调动话语主体的积极性力量为基点、以满足话语受众的多方面需求为主线、以促进话语内容的多向性发展为依托、以实现话语方式的持续性优化为关键、以增强话语语境的动态性适应为要点、以谋求话语主题的自洽性转变为动力、以保持话语模式的持久性活力为目标。我国主流话语能力的生成需要一系列的条件,表现为话语主体对话语受众的人文关怀、对话语内容的创新发展、对话语方式的积极调整、对话语语境的协调整合、对话语主题的准确把握、对话语模式的自主探寻、对话语体系的全面审查。China’s mainstream discourse capacity is the ability of all kinds of discourse subjects to produce,construct,spread,express,defend and innovate mainstream discourse in discourse production and discourse practice.The construction of mainstream discourse capacity in China should be based on mobilizing the enthusiasm of discourse subjects,meeting the needs of discourse audiences in many aspects,promoting the multi-directional development of discourse content,realizing the continuous optimization of discourse methods,enhancing the dynamic adaptation of discourse context,seeking the self-consistent transformation of discourse themes and maintaining the lasting vitality of discourse patterns.The generation of mainstream discourse capacity in China needs a series of conditions,which are manifested in the humanistic care of the discourse subject to the discourse audience,the innovative development of the discourse content,the positive adjustment of the discourse mode,the coordination and integration of the discourse context,the accurate grasp of the discourse theme,the independent exploration of the discourse mode and the comprehensive review of the discourse system.
