摘　　要：在创新驱动发展战略的引领下,济南市正以前所未有的力度推进科技创新与成果转化,为经济社会发展注入强劲动力。7月,通过济南市知识产权高层次人才发展项目集中签约暨知识产权强省会建设创新大赛的成功举办,济南再次向外界展示了其在支持科技创新和成果转化方面的坚定决心与务实举措,力求打造科研成果转化的新样本。On July 2nd,the Jinan High-Level Intellectual Property Talent Development Program was signed,and the Innovation Competition of Intellectual Property Propelling Strong Provincial Capital Construction was inaugurated.Focusing on innovation,the competition is designed to forge a stage where talents and platforms converge,collectively igniting the intellectual engine that actuates urban progress.Intellectual property service stations that are dedicated for talent have been unveiled in universities and key industrial parks across Jinan,forming a profound integration of talent and service,and forging the golden key to drive the city's advancement.A series of intellectual property talent development projects,anticipated to bear fruit,were also signed during this event.Through the mutual enhancement of talent and initiative,these projects are poised to unleash new momentum for the city's development.
