数字政府背景下档案数据治理的方法与策略研究

摘　　要：数字政府建设是党和国家事业发展的重大战略部署,而档案数据治理是基础性、战略性工程。基于数字政府背景,系统梳理了档案数据治理在夯实数字政府数据根基、支撑政府职能优化、提升国家治理效能等方面的重要作用,阐述了推进档案数据治理是顺应数字时代发展大势、践行档案为治国理政服务宗旨的必然要求。在此基础上,从顶层设计、体系架构、路径选择、行动路向等维度提出了强化档案数据治理的策略。The construction of a digital government is a major strategic deployment for the development of the CPC and the state,and archive data governance is its fundamental and strategic project.This study is based on the background of digital government,and systematically summarizes the important role of archive data governance in consolidating the foundation of digital government data,supporting government function optimization,and improving national governance efficiency.It elaborates that promoting archive data governance is an inevitable requirement to comply with the development trend of the digital era and practice the purpose of archives as a governance service.On this basis,strategies for strengthening archive data governance are proposed from the dimensions of top-level design,system architecture,path selection and action direction.
