摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出要“推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”。在数智时代加速演进的大背景下,高校档案管理工作正面临从数字化向数智化转型升级的重要契机和全新挑战。作为推动这一变革的关键力量,高校档案管理人员数智化素养的高低直接决定着档案管理现代化建设的发展进程和水平。深入分析提升档案管理人员数智化素养的必要性,并从高校档案管理人员数智化素养培育的总体思路、主要内容、实施保障三个方面系统构建档案管理人员数智化素养培育体系。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote the digitization of education and build a learning society and a learning country with lifelong learning for the whole people.Under the background of the accelerated evolution of the age of digital intelligence,university archives management is facing an important opportunity and a new challenge from the transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence.As the key force to promote this change,the level of digital intelligence quality of archives university archives management personnel directly determines the development process and level of archives archives management modernization.This paper deeply analyzes the necessity of improving the intellectual literacy of management personnel,and systematically constructs the intellectual literacy cultivation system of management personnel from three aspects:the general idea,the main content and the implementation guarantee.
