国家文化数字化战略背景下地方档案文化资源的整合与开发

摘　　要：2022年,《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》的出台,标志着我国正式将文化数字化上升为国家战略。在此背景下,地方档案文化资源的整合与开发迎来重要的发展机遇。在剖析国家文化数字化战略的内容及其为地方档案文化资源整合与开发带来机遇的基础上,从横向整合、纵向整合、集成创新等维度探讨资源整合路径,从数字化转化、创意产品开发、数字展示传播等角度提出资源开发对策,旨在为新时期地方档案文化建设提供理论参考。In 2022,the publication of Promoting the Implementation of the National Culture Digitization Strategy marks that the digitization of culture in China has officially become a national strategy.Under this background,the integration and development of local archival cultural resources usher in important development opportunities.Based on the analysis of the content of national cultural digitization strategy and the opportunities it brings to the integration and development of local archival cultural resources,this study discusses the path of resource integration from the dimensions of horizontal integration,vertical integration and integrated innovation,and puts forward resource development countermeasures from the perspectives of digital transformation,creative product development,digital display and communication,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the construction of local archival culture in the new era.
