数字化时代房地产档案管理的持续性策略研究

摘　　要：立足房地产档案管理可持续发展的时代需求,在全面梳理数字化时代背景下房地产档案管理发展现状及其存在问题的基础上,从动态积累、安全防护、深度利用3个维度构建了房地产档案管理的持续性发展策略。同时,从组织优化、标准创新、人才队伍建设3个方面深入探索了支撑这些策略有效实施的保障体系,旨在为推动房地产档案事业的持续健康发展提供理论参考与实践指导。Based on the requirements of the sustainable development of real estate archives management,this article summarizes the current situation and problems of real estate archives management in the digital age.From three dimensions of dynamic accumulation,security protection,and deep utilization,a sustainable strategy for real estate archives management is constructed.The article explores the guarantee system for the implementation of the strategy from three aspects:organizational optimization,standard innovation,and talent construction,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the real estate archives industry.
