摘　　要：随着公立医院“一院多区”发展战略的深入实施,如何实现多院区档案管理的有效整合,已成为现代医院管理变革和创新的重要课题。在分析当前公立医院多院区档案管理现状的基础上,深入剖析了档案一体化管理在体制机制、信息化建设、人才队伍、安全保障等方面面临的突出挑战,并针对这些问题,提出了完善管理体制、加强信息化建设、构建专业人才队伍、健全安全保障体系等策略建议,旨在促进多院区档案协同管理机制的形成,实现档案管理与医院发展的深度融合,为公立医院高质量发展提供有力支撑。With the in-depth implementation of the“one hospital,multiple campuses”development strategy in public hospitals,how to achieve effective integration of archives management across multiple campuses has become an important topic in the reform and innovation of modern hospital management.Based on an analysis of the current status of archives management in multiple campuses of public hospitals,this paper delves into the prominent challenges faced by integrated archives management in terms of institutional mechanisms,information technology construction,talent pool development,and security guarantees.To address these issues,strategic suggestions are proposed,including improving the management system,strengthening information technology construction,building a professional talent team,and perfecting the security guarantee system.The ultimate goal is to facilitate the formation of a collaborative archives management mechanism across multiple campuses,achieve a deep integration of archives management with hospital development,and provide robust support for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
