摘　　要：纪检监察档案开放的路径相较于其他类型档案具有其特殊性。依据《中华人民共和国档案法》和《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》等相关法律法规,从纪检监察档案的特殊属性出发,基于新质生产力背景,探索并提出了纪检监察档案的开放路径,尤其是要积极利用信息技术,在信息智库和数据挖掘领域,实现纪检监察档案开放的数字化、网络化、智能化。这不仅是有效发挥其政治功能和社会价值的基本前提,也是推动纪检监察档案开放工作创新发展的重要动力。The path to opening discipline inspection and supervisory archives has its particularities compared to other types of archives.Based on relevant laws and regulations such as the“Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China”and the“Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information”,starting from the unique attributes of discipline inspection and supervisory archives,and under the background of new productivity,this paper explores and proposes a path for opening such archives.In particular,it emphasizes the active utilization of information technology in the fields of information think tanks and data mining to achieve the digitization,networking,and intelligentization of the opening of discipline inspection and supervisory archives.This is not only the basic premise for effectively exerting their political functions and social values but also a significant driving force for promoting innovative development in the opening of discipline inspection and supervisory archives.
