摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展和数字化转型的深入推进,工程项目档案数据治理已成为现代企业管理的重要一环。有效的档案数据治理不仅关乎企业信息资产的安全与高效利用,更是提升项目工程质量和推动企业持续发展的关键因素,因此加强工程项目档案数据治理具有重要意义。以国家档案局和中国人民大学档案事业发展研究中心发表的案例作为来源,选用案头案例研究法,对案例进行系统分析并提出优化路径。工程项目档案数据治理主要包括管理和技术两种路径,通过相互作用达到数据治理效果。工程项目档案数据治理路径的优化重点围绕主体、客体、目标、技术和过程五个要素,通过对档案数据的治理、管理以及技术方面能力的提升来达到优化效果。With the rapid development of information technology and the in-depth advancement of digital transformation,engineering project archive data governance has become an important part of modern enterprise management.Effective archive data governance is not only related to the safety and efficient use of enterprise information assets,but also a key factor in improving the quality of project works and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises,so it is of great significance to strengthen the archive data governance of engineering projects.The article takes the cases published by the National Archives Administration of China and the Archival Undertaking Development Research Center of Renmin University of China as the case sources,and chooses the desk case study method to systematically analyse the cases and put forward the optimization path.The data governance of engineering project archives mainly covers two perspectives of management path and technical path,and achieves the effect of data governance through interaction.The optimisation of the engineering project archive data governance path focuses on five elements:subject element,object element,target element,technology element and process element,and achieves the optimisation effect through the governance and management of archive data and the improvement of technology.
