摘 要:针对挤出模设计加工过程繁琐、效率较低的问题,提出了基于UG二次开发的挤出模数字化设计加工。基于UG NX(Unigraphics NX)平台,运用二次开发技术,创建了挤出模模架、内腔曲面、内筋、分流锥和支架板、定型模水路、定型模气路的参数化三维模型;根据设置的加工参数,对挤出模板块中的孔、流道曲面、端面等采用孔加工、平面铣、型腔铣等方法,自动生成加工工序并自动规划挤出模加工刀路轨迹,将加工刀轨文件自动转换成NC程序。最后通过实例应用和仿真,验证了挤出模数字化设计加工方法的可行性。Aiming at the problems of tedious and low efficiency in the design and manufacturing of extruding die,a digital design and manufacturing of extruding die based on UG secondary development is proposed.Based on the UG NX(Unigraphics NX)platform and using secondary development technology,parameterized 3D models of extruding die frame,inner cavity surface,inner rib,splitter cone and support plate,shaping die water path,and shaping die air path were created.According to the set processing parameters,methods such as hole machining,flat milling,and cavity milling are used for the holes,runner surfaces,and end faces in the extruding die plate to automatically generate processing procedures and plan the machining tool path trajectory of the extruding die.The machining tool path file is automatically converted into an NC program.Finally,the feasibility of digital design and manufacturing methods for extruding die was verified through practical applications and simulations.
