摘　　要：节距作为水轮发电机定子线圈模具的重要尺寸参数之一,一直采用钢板尺测量法进行测量,测得的数据不精确,采用该数据来装配调整模具也不够精确。针对模具的节距尺寸测量不精确的问题,设计了一种新的测量方式,能提高模具节距尺寸测量精度,并通过实际应用,证明其测量精度得到了有效提升。As one of the important dimension parameters of hydrogenerator stator coil die,pitch is always measured by steel ruler.The measured data is not accurate,using the data to adjust the die assembly is not accurate enough.A new measuring method is designed to improve the measuring precision of the pitch dimension of die.The practical application proves that the measuring precision is improved effectively.
