摘　　要：探讨了基于互联网+与大数据技术的创新高校“小众化”就业指导体系。概述了互联网+技术和大数据技术在就业领域的重要作用,分析了传统高校就业指导体系面临的挑战,提出了构建基于互联网+与大数据技术的高校“小众化”就业指导体系的具体策略和路径,包括建立智能化就业信息平台、开发个性化就业推荐系统等。展望未来高校“小众化”就业指导体系的发展方向,强调了持续创新和技术应用的重要性。This study aims to explore an innovative"niche-oriented"employment guidance system for higher education institutions based on Internet Plus and big data technologies.It outlines the significant role of Internet Plus and big data technologies in the employment domain and analyzes the challenges faced by traditional higher education employment guidance systems.It proposes specific strategies and pathways for constructing a"niche-oriented"employment guidance system for higher education institutions based on Internet Plus and big data technologies,including the establishment of an intelligent employment information platform and the development of personalized employment recommendation systems.It looks forward to the future development direction of"niche-oriented"employment guidance systems for higher education institutions,emphasizing the importance of continuous innovation and technological application.
