摘  要:基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件,研究TC11钛合金压气机盘等温锻造过程。结果表明:随变形温度增加,模具载荷越小,锻件等效应力越小,等效应变分布更均匀;变形速度越大,模具载荷越大,等效应力也越大,锻件等效应变逐渐增加,变形越不均匀;摩擦因子对等效应变场、等效应力场影响较小,摩擦因子越小,变形抗力越小;随着变形速度的降低,锻件内部组织发生了动态再结晶,适当变形速度可细化晶粒尺寸。Based on DEFORM-3D finite element software,the isothermal forging process of TC11 titanium alloy compressor disc is studied.The results show that as the deformation temperature increases,the mold load decreases,the equivalent stress of the forging decreases,and the distribution of equivalent strain becomes more uniform;The higher the deformation speed,the greater the mold load,and the greater the equivalent stress.The equivalent strain of the forging gradually increases,and the deformation becomes more uneven;The friction factor has a relatively small impact on the equivalent strain field and equivalent force field.The smaller the friction factor,the lower the deformation resistance;As the deformation speed decreases,the internal structure of the forging undergoes dynamic recrystallization,and an appropriate deformation speed can refine the grain size.
