摘 要:介绍了直升机折叠系统原理,依据原理对直升机折叠过程中旋翼刹车不解锁故障展开详细的分析,提出基于故障树的故障诊断方法,并结合实际工作经验,建立了故障树模型,总结出直升机折叠过程中旋翼刹车不解锁故障诊断最佳步骤。最大限度地减少了试验次数,节省了排故时间、人力等,同时为机务人员排除类似问题提供参考和借鉴。The principle of helicopter folding system is first introduced,and the failure of rotor brake unlocking during helicopter folding is analyzed in detail according to the principle,and a fault diagnosis method based on fault tree is proposed.In combination with practical work experience,a fault tree model is established,and the best steps of rotor brake unlocking fault diagnosis during helicopter folding are summarized.It minimizes the number of tests,saves the time and manpower of troubleshooting,and provides reference and reference for the maintenance personnel to eliminate similar problems.
