摘　　要：通过探讨化工设备管理中的机械维修保养技术,旨在为化工企业提供一套科学合理、高效的机械维修保养体系。从化工机械维修保养的重要性出发,分析了维修保养的日常维护技术和专业维修技术,并探讨了改进化工设备管理的化工机械保养技术的建议。分析发现,通过实施全面、细致的维修保养措施,不仅可以有效延长化工机械的使用寿命,减少因故障停机造成的生产损失,还能显著提升企业的生产效率和产品质量。It discusses the mechanical maintenance technology in chemical equipment management,aiming to provide a scientific,reasonable and efficient mechanical maintenance system for chemical enterprises.Based on the importance of chemical machinery maintenance,it analyzes the daily maintenance technology and professional maintenance technology of chemical machinery maintenance,and discusses the suggestions to improve the maintenance technology of chemical equipment management.The analysis found that through the implementation of comprehensive and meticulous maintenance measures,not only can effectively extend the service life of chemical machinery,reduce the production loss caused by failure and shutdown,but also significantly improve the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises.
