摘 要:对曳引钢丝绳安全系数与曳引轮、钢丝绳盘之间的关系进行了理论推导和仿真分析。通过数值仿真得到3种不同安全系数的情况下,曳引轮所受扭矩的大小以及钢丝绳盘的变形量。采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了汽车电梯曳引绳系统的模型,通过改变钢丝绳安全系数来研究钢丝绳安全系数对曳引轮选择的影响,为实际设计提供一定的参考。This article theoretically derives and simulates the relationship between the safety factor of traction steel wire rope and the traction wheel and steel wire rope disc.By numerical simulation,the torque exerted on the traction wheel and the deformation of the steel wire rope disc were obtained under three different safety factors.The finite element software ANSYS was used in the article to establish a model of the car elevator traction rope system.By changing the safety factor of the steel wire rope,the influence of the safety factor of the steel wire rope on the selection of traction wheels was studied,providing a certain reference for practical design.
