曲面幕墙技术在伯渎河体育中心施工中的应用

摘　　要：曲面幕墙施工工艺是工程建筑中重要的技术。以伯渎河体育中心项目幕墙工程施工为例,结合工程概况,介绍了有关曲面幕墙工程的关键施工技术。从材料选配、放线测量、安装施工等方面对本项目幕墙工程难点进行了深入剖析。提出了BIM施工管理、幕墙柔性连接、成本及质量管理等多方面的曲面幕墙施工措施。提升了幕墙的施工工艺水平,大幅提升了幕墙工程的施工效率。在降低施工难度的同时,保证钢结构外立面施工的质量和安全,也为我国的曲面幕墙施工提供了技术、安全及管理方面的经验。The construction technology of curved curtain wall is an important technology in engineering construction.This article takes the curtain wall construction of the Boduhe Sports Center project as an example,and combines the overview of the project to introduce the key construction technologies related to curved curtain wall engineering.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the difficulties of the curtain wall engineering in this project from the aspects of material selection,layout measurement,installation and construction.Multiple construction measures for curved curtain walls were proposed,including BIM construction management,flexible connection of curtain walls,cost and quality management.The construction technology level of curtain walls was improved,and the construction efficiency of curtain wall engineering was greatly improved.While reducing construction difficulties,the quality and safety of steel structure facade construction were ensured,providing technical,safety and management experience for curved curtain wall construction in China.
