摘 要:铝合金模板支撑体系施工,节约资源、保护环境、施工快捷高效、质量有保障,铝合金模板支撑体系应用越来越广泛,越来越多的小高层建筑采用铝合金模板支撑体系。本研究结合即墨某项目工程实际情况,以铝模预留孔+悬挑工字钢脚手架模式为切入点,从外架方案选取、工字钢深化布置、铝合金模板及构件的洞口留设、悬挑工字钢预埋和铝模安装施工流程等方面阐述悬挑脚手架施工技术应用。The construction of aluminum alloy formwork support system saves resources and protects the environment,the construction is fast and efficient,and the quality is guaranteed,and the aluminum alloy formwork support system is becoming more and more popular,and more and more small high-rise buildings use aluminum alloy formwork support system.Combined with the actual situation of the project of Jimo International Smart New City,this paper takes the aluminum mold reserved hole+cantilever I-beam scaffold mode as the starting point,and expounds the application of cantilever scaffolding construction technology from the aspects of outer frame scheme selection,I-beam deepening layout,hole retention of aluminum alloy formwork and components,cantilever I-beam pre-embedding and aluminum mold installation construction process.
