摘  要:塔式起重机标准节作为临时支撑胎架相对于搭设满堂脚手架而言,不仅具有可周转、施工效率快、构造稳定等优点,而且还能节约施工成本。对于空间钢管桁架标高不一及标高不满足3 m倍数的情况时,需采用切割塔式起重机标准节后用工字钢焊接在塔式起重机标准节来调节胎架高度。通过调节顶部高度解决塔式起重机标准节模数的限制,可适用于多种胎架安装高度。The standard section of tower crane,as a temporary support tire frame,not only has the advantages of turnover,fast construction efficiency,and stable construction compared to setting up full scaffolding,but also can save construction costs.For situations where the elevation of the space steel pipe truss is not uniform and does not meet a multiple of three meters,it is necessary to adjust the height of the tire frame by cutting the standard section of the tower crane and welding it with I-beams.The top adjustment device solves the limitation of standard section modulus of tower cranes by adjusting the top height,and is suitable for various height requirements of tire frame installation.
