内养护剂改善C50混凝土早期收缩性能研究

摘  要:为控制混凝土在养护过程中由于体积收缩导致的裂缝收缩与发展,本研究基于建筑及道路桥梁工程中用量较大、较为常见的C50混凝土,加入内养护剂,分析其对C50混凝土的早期收缩性能的改善情况。试验结果表明:未预湿SAP具有较好的填充和成核作用,可显著提高混凝土早期强度,同时导致混凝土自收缩增大。增加预湿水量使得SAP颗粒增大,其填充和成核作用的减弱,导致混凝土的抗压强度降低和干燥收缩增大。9.4 kg/m^(3)的预湿水量对C50混凝土抗压强度影响较小,且可显著改善混凝土的体积稳定性。可见,合理使用内养护剂可有效改善C50混凝土的早期收缩性能。In order to control the shrinkage and development of cracks caused by volume shrinkage during the curing process of concrete,the improvement of early shrinkage performance of C50 concrete was analyzed by adding internal curing agents,that based on the commonly used and widely used C50 concrete in construction and road and bridge engineering.The results show that pre wetted SAP has goodfilling and nucleation effects,which can significantly improve the early strength and autogenous shrinkage of concrete.Increasing the pre wetting water content can increase the SAP particle size and weaken their filling and nucleation effects,that result in a decrease in compressive strength and an increase in drying shrinkage of concrete.The pre wetting water content of 9.4 kg/m^(3)r has little effect on the compressive strength of C50 concrete,and can significantly improve the concrete volume stability.It can be seen that the reasonable use of internal curing agents can effectively improve the early shrinkage performance of C50 concrete.
