摘  要:有载调压分接开关是大型电力变压器实现带负荷调压的重要装置,电动操作机构是有载调压分接开关实现分接变换操作的驱动和控制机构。就地或远方发出调压的指令后,电动机构将驱动分接开关由一个工作位置变换到另一个的工作位置,中途不再受任何启动指令的影响,完成一次分接变换后自动停止。现有ABBBUL型有载调压分接开关的滑挡保护方法是启动延时继电器计时,超时切断电源,其滑挡保护功能实现严重依赖延时继电器的稳定性及可靠性,实现原理单一且可靠性较差。本文作者通过采集控制有载调压开关保持回路中升降档微动开关动作信息、延时继电器动作信息、接触器动作信息等作为判据,来实现提高有载调压分接开关滑挡保护的可靠性和稳定性。The on load tap changer is an important device for realizing on load tap changer in large power transformers,and the electric operating mechanism is the driving and control mechanism for the on load tap changer to achieve tap changer operation.After the voltage regulation command is issued locally or remotely,the electric motor mechanism will drive the tap changer to change from one working position to another,without being affected by any startup command midway.After completing one tap changer change,it will automatically stop.The sliding protection method of the existing ABB-BUL type on load voltage regulating tap changer relies on the timing principle of the start delay relay,and its functional implementation heavily relies on the stability and reliability of the delay relay.The sliding protection implementation principle is single and has poor reliability.This article aims to improve the reliability and stability of the sliding protection of the on load voltage regulating tap changer by collecting and controlling the action information of the up and down microswitch,delay relay,and contactor in the holding circuit of the on load voltage regulating tap changer as criteria.
