摘 要:为了研究变压器铁心的振动特征及其影响因素,本文中作者采用模态分析的方法对变压器铁心的振动进行了分析。通过对变压器铁心进行有限元建模,利用模态法对其在不同工况下的振型和频率特性进行了研究。研究发现,变压器铁心的结构尺寸、材料性能以及运行条件对其振动模式有很大的影响。在不同的频段,铁心的振动形式多种多样,并且具有一定的谐振频率,这将导致噪声和铁心损伤。为此,作者从变压器铁心的振动特点出发,对其进行结构设计,并进行优化,以提高其运行的稳定性与可靠性。In order to study the vibration characteristics of transformer core and its influencing factors,the vibration of transformer core is studied by modal analysis in this paper.Through the finite element modeling of the transformer core,the vibration mode and frequency characteristics of the transformer core under different working conditions are studied by using the modal method.It is found that the structural size,material properties and operating conditions of the transformer core have a great influence on its vibration mode.In different frequency bands,the vibration forms of the iron core are various and have a certain resonant frequency,which will lead to noise and core damage.Based on the vibration characteristics of the transformer core,it is necessary to design and optimize the structure of the transformer core so as to improve the stability and reliability of operation.
