摘  要:基于一套标准的硅钢片磁致伸缩测量系统,本文中作者进行了一系列试验,针对27SQGD090型号的取向硅钢片在多种条件下的性能进行了全面分析。本文作者不仅考察了其在自然状态下的特性,还对其在不同应力、不同直流偏磁、不同谐波以及不同角度下的表现进行了深入研究。这些试验结果不仅提供了对该硅钢片在各种工作条件下的磁性响应的深入理解,还为进一步优化电力变压器的设计和性能提供了重要参考。本文的研究不是局限于单一条件下的分析,而是尽可能考虑了多种实际工作环境下的因素。这种综合性的研究方法能够更全面地了解硅钢片的性能特点,为未来的电力变压器设计和改进提供了实用而可靠的数据支持。Based on a set of standard magneto striction measurement system,a series of detailed experiments are carried out to analyze the performance of 27SQGD090 oriented silicon steel sheet under various conditions.In this paper,we not only investigate its natural characteristics,but also study its behavior under different stresses,DC bias,harmonics and angles.These experimental results not only provide an in-depth understanding of the magnetic response of the silicon steel sheet under various operating conditions,but also provide an important reference for further optimization of the design and performance of power transformers.The study of this paper is not limited to the analysis of a single condition,but as far as possible to consider a variety of factors under the actual working environment.This comprehensive research method enables us to understand the performance characteristics of silicon steel sheet more comprehensively,and provides practical and reliable data support for the design and improvement of power transformers in the future.
