摘　　要：科研院所具有人才、智力、技术、资源等优势,服务地方经济社会发展既是科研院所践行习近平总书记关于科技工作要坚持“四个面向”重要讲话精神的客观需要,也是科研院所发挥作用、彰显价值的重要途径。本文分析了科研院所服务地方经济社会高质量发展的优势和存在的问题,从提升科研院所服务地方经济社会发展的能力,主动融入地方经济社会发展战略体系,精准对接地方科技创新和产业发展需求,推动产学研深度合作、促进科技成果转化等方面,提出了科研院所服务地方经济社会高质量发展的实践路径。Scientific research institutes have the advantages of talents,intelligence,technology and resources.Serving local economic and social development is not only an objective need for scientific research institutes to practice the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on"four orientations"in scientific and technological work,but also an important way for scientific research institutes to play their role and show their value.This paper analyzes the advantages and problems of scientific research institutes serving the high-quality development of local economy and society,and puts forward the practical path of scientific research institutes serving the high-quality development of local economy and society from the aspects of improving their ability to serve local economic and social development,actively integrating into the strategic system of local economic and social development,accurately meeting the needs of local scientific and technological innovation and industrial development,promoting Industry-University-Research's in-depth cooperation and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
