摘　　要：住房是民生之要。习近平总书记在2020年中央经济工作会议上的讲话中指出,住房问题关系民生福祉,群众住房问题解决不好,影响人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感。“好房子”首先要有好设计,抓好了建筑设计,才能够建设符合时代和人民需要的“好房子”。为深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,全面落实全国住房和城乡建设工作会议工作部署,住房和城乡建设部工程质量安全监管司组织成立课题组开展住宅设计水平提升专题研究,通过梳理国内住宅设计发展历程和趋势,深入各地区进行实地调研,了解行业情况、挖掘现状问题、听取意见建议、提炼经验做法、研究解决方案,助力建筑业高质量发展的同时,切实提升住宅品质。Housing is a fundamental aspect of people's livelihoods.In his speech at the 2020 Central Economic Work Conference,President Xl Jinping emphasized that housing issues are closely related to the well-being of the people,If housing issues are not properly addressed,they will affect people's sense of gain,happiness,and security.A"Better Housing"starts with good design;only by ensuring quality architectural design can we build houses that meet the needs of the eraandthepeople.
