摘  要:为探究心理困扰大学生社会支持对生活满意度的影响,本文通过对中国东部省份12所本科高校的大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现社会支持与生活满意度之间有一定的关联。本文采用SPSS 26.0、AMOS 26.0模型进行分析,结果得出心理困扰大学生的社会支持与生活满意度呈正相关、情绪智力与生活满意度呈正相关、情绪智力在社会支持与生活满意度之间有部分中介的作用。因此要重视培养学生的情绪智力,增强感悟社会支持的能力,从而提高其生活满意度,研究结果为高校教师和管理人员提供了关于心理困扰大学生生活质量提升的参考价值与策略建议。To explore the impact of social support on life satisfaction among college students with psychological distress,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 12 undergraduate universities in eastern China and found a certain correlation between social support and life satisfaction.SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 models were used for analysis,and it was found that social support of college students with psychological distress was positively correlated with life satisfaction,while emotional intelligence was positively correlated with life satisfaction.Emotional intelligence partially mediates the relationship between social support and life satisfaction.Therefore,it is important to attach importance to cultivating students'emotional intelligence,enhancing their ability to perceive social support,and improving their life satisfaction.The research findings provide university teachers and managers reference and suggestions about improving the quality of life of college students with psychological distress.
