摘　　要：区域性国家重点档案保护中心的建立,解决了我国各地区重点档案保护工作资源分配不平衡、重复利用和抢救效率低等问题。文章设计了整合档案环境保护、档案微生物研究、档案修复、声像档案等于一体的分层管理系统框架,全方位覆盖档案保护工作。该系统集管理、监管、运营、跟踪以及知识普及于一体,有助于实现区域内档案保护工作的科学化、规范化和精准化管理,全面提升区域档案保护技术现代化管理水平。The establishment of regional national key archives conservation centers has solved the problems of unbalanced resource distribution,inefficient reuse and rescue of key archives conservation work in various regions of China.The article designed a layered management system framework integrating archival environ-mental protection,archival microbiological research,archival restoration,and audio-visual archives to cover archives conservation work in an all-round way.The system integrates management,supervision,operation,tracking as well as knowledge popularization,which helps to realize scientific,standardized and precise management of archives conservation work in the region,and comprehensively improves the modern manage-ment level of regional archives conservation technology.
