仿棉纤维在家纺面料上的开发和应用研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了合成纤维仿棉的改性方法以及家纺仿棉面料的需求,通过测试六种家纺仿棉面料回潮率和吸水率,研究家纺仿棉面料的吸湿性能。结果表明:仿棉面料的回潮率与面料中混纺或交织的再生纤维素纤维含量成正比,吸水率和纤维本身的回潮率、纤维细度、芯吸效应有关。The modification methods of synthetic fiber imitation cotton and the demand of home textile imitation cotton fabrics were introduced in this paper.By testing the moisture regain and water absorption of six kinds of home textile imitated cotton fabrics,the moisture absorption performance of home textile imitated cotton fabrics was studied.The results show that the moisture regain of imitated cotton fabric is proportional to the content of cellulose fiber mixed or interwoven in the fabric,and the water absorption is related to the moisture regain,fiber fineness and wicking effect of the fiber itself.
