摘　　要：报告1例SAPHO综合征。患者男,20岁。面部、胸部及背部多发痤疮7年,多关节疼痛2年。皮肤科检查:头部、面部、胸部及背部散在较多毛囊性红色丘疹、结节、囊肿和凹陷性瘢痕。骶髂部CT示双侧骶髂关节面欠光滑,关节面下多发类圆形低密度影。诊断:SAPHO综合征。治疗:予皮下注射阿达木单抗(40 mg,每2周1次,连续6次)治疗后,患者皮损明显改善,关节疼痛完全缓解。A case of SAPHO syndrome is reported.A 20-year-old male presented with multiple acne lesions on the face and chest-back area for five years and multiple joint pains for two years.Physical examination revealed scattered follicular red papules,nodules,cysts and atrophic scars on the head,face,chest and back.Sacroiliac CT showed bilateral rough sacroiliac joint sur-faces with multiple round low-density shadows below the joint surfaces.A diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome was made.After in-tramuscular adalimumab(40 mg every 2 weeks for 6 consecutive times),the patient's skin lesions were relieved significantly,and the joint pain disappeared.
