复方紫草油纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的探索深Ⅱ度烧伤开展复方紫草油纳米银医用抗菌敷料的临床疗效。方法选择2021年1月至2023年12月尤溪县中医医院收治的122例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,按照治疗方式将患者划分为两组,对照组开展常规换药,观察组开展复方紫草油纳米银医用抗菌敷料创面换药,观察患者有效率、康复指标、疼痛评分、创面愈合质量、并发症。结果观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者创面愈合时间、换药次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组VAS评分、创面愈合质量评分、并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤开展复方紫草油纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗效果显著,可以有效促使患者创面愈合,减少换药次数,降低患者并发症风险,预防并发症,抑制机体炎症因子,促使患者尽早恢复健康,提高生活质量,应用价值显著。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of compound purple oil nano silver medical antibacterial dressing in deep burn.Methods Select 122 cases of deepⅡdegree burn patients admitted to Youxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023,divide the patients into two groups according to the treatment mode,the control group carries out the routine dressing change,the observation group carries out the traumatic dressing change of compound comfrey oil nano-silver medical antimicrobial dressing,and observe the patient's effective rate,rehabilitation indexes,pain scores,quality of traumatic healing,and complications.Results The total effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and the number of dressing changes of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,wound healing quality score,and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment effect of deep burns can effectively promote the wound healing,reduce the number of dressing changes,reduce the risk of complications,prevent complications,inhibit inflammatory factors,promote early recovery,improve the quality of life,with significant application value.
