摘　　要：目的关于常规心电图和动态心电图对心脏病的辅助诊断效果分析与对比。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月我院收治的心脏病患者102例,分别接受常规心电图及动态心电图检测,分析两组的诊断效果。结果冠脉造影显示,102患者中,阳性检出率为74.5%(76/102),检查结果显示:动态心电图阳性检出率72.5%(74/102)高于常规心电图的62.7%(64/102)(P<0.05);动态心电图诊断敏感性、特异性及阳性预测值均较常规心电图诊断高(P<0.05);动态心电图诊断满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图对心脏病的辅助诊断效果更好,能够有效提高诊断准确率,且灵敏度及特异性评分也更高,就可以有效提高诊断满意度,可以应用。Objective To analyze and compare the auxiliary diagnostic effects of routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram on heart disease.Methods A total of 102 patients with heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and underwent routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram testing,respectively.The diagnostic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Coronary angiography showed that the positive detection rate among 102 patients was 74.5%(76/102).The examination results showed that the positive detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram was 72.5%(74/102),which was higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram[62.7%(64/102)](P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and positive predictive value of dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis were higher than those of conventional electrocardiogram diagnosis(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiogram has better auxiliary diagnostic effect on heart disease,can effectively improve diagnostic accuracy,and has higher sensitivity and specificity scores,which can effectively improve diagnostic satisfaction and can be applied..
