微环境理论模式护理对鼻窦炎手术患者生活质量及护理舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析微环境理论模式护理对鼻窦炎手术患者生活质量及护理舒适度的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月在我院实施手术治疗的90例鼻窦炎患者,随机分为试验组(50例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用常规护理管理,试验组采用微环境理论模式护理。比较两组舒适度、自我效能感(GSES)、生活质量(SF-36)改善情况。结果试验组舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理后积极态度、自我决策、自我减压等自我效能感评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组生理、社会、心理、疼痛等生活质量评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微环境理论模式护理可有效提高鼻窦炎手术患者生活质量及护理舒适度,并有利于改善患者自我效能。Objective To analyze the effect of microenvironmental theory model nursing on the quality of life and nursing comfort of sinusitis surgery patients.Methods A total of 90 sinusitis patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(50 cases)and the control group(40 cases);the control group was managed by conventional nursing care,and the experimental group was managed by the microenvironmental theory model of nursing care.Improvement of comfort,self-efficacy(GSES)and quality of life(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of self-efficacy scores such as positive attitude,self-decision making,and self-stress reduction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The improvement of quality of life scores such as physiological,social,psychological,and pain in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Microenvironmental theory model nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing comfort of sinusitis surgery patients,and is conducive to improving patient self-efficacy.
