聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b联合富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片对乙型肝炎患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究乙型肝炎患者使用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b、富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片联合治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月在莆田学院附属医院感染性疾病科治疗的乙型肝炎患者中200例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(100例,服用富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗)和观察组(100例,采用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b联合富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片治疗)。对比治疗前后两组肝功能、乙型肝炎病毒转阴率和炎症因子水平。结果检测两组肝功能状况,治疗后24周观察组天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胆红素水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后6、12、18、24周观察组乙型肝炎病毒转阴率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后24周,观察组白细胞介素-4、生长分化因子、干扰素诱导蛋白-10水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎患者使用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b、富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯片联合治疗,可以改善患者肝功能、提升乙型肝炎病毒转阴率,降低炎症因子水平,促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the efficacy of pegylated interferonα-2b and tenofovir fumarate in the treatment of hepatitis B patients.Methods From January to December 2022,200 patients with hepatitis B in our hospital were selected as subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into the control group(100 cases,treated with tenofovir fumarate)and the observation group(100 cases,treated with pegylated interferonα-2b combined with tenofovir fumarate).The liver function,the negative rate of hepatitis B virus,and the level of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results At 24 weeks after treatment,Two groups of liver function tests showed that the levels of AST,ALT,and bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The negative rate of hepatitis B virus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 6,12,18 and 24 weeks after treatmen(all P<0.05).At 24 weeks after treatment,the levels of interleukin-4,growth differentiation factor,and interferon induced protein-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of hepatitis B patients with pegylated interferonα-2b and tenofovir fumarate can improve the liver function of patients,increase the negative rate of hepatitis B virus,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and faciliate patients recover.
