天麻钩藤汤联合硝苯地平控释片对老年高血压患者的血压控制及生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的探讨天麻钩藤汤联合硝苯地平控释片对老年高血压患者的血压控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2021年9月至2023年9月收治的老年高血压患者80例,随机数字表法分两组,各40例。对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组采用天麻钩藤汤联合硝苯地平控释片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)与平均动脉压(MAP)水平均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤汤联合硝苯地平控释片可提升老年高血压患者的血压控制效果,改善患者的生活质量水平。Objective Exploring the effects of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets on blood pressure control and quality of life in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into groups using a number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets can improve the blood pressure control effect and improve the quality of life of elderly hypertensive patients.
