体验式健康教育联合思维导图法在健康体检肺结节患者中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨体验式健康教育联合思维导图法在健康体检肺结节筛查中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月在福建医科大学附属第二医院国际健康管理中心完成肺结节筛查的86例无症状肺部结节患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组采取常规健康指导方式,观察组采取体验式健康教育联合思维导图法,比较两组出院后自我管理行为、随访/复查、复查患者不良进展率情况。结果1年随访显示,观察组自我管理行为达标率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组随访12个月复查率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访4~12个月观察组不良进展率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在行肺结节筛查的无症状肺部结节患者中,体验式健康教育联合思维导图法有利于改善患者自我管理行为,提高复查率,降低不良进展风险,效果较好。Objective To explore the application value of experiential health education combined with mind mapping in screening lung nodules during physical examination.Methods A total of 86 patients with asymptomatic pulmonary nodules who completed pulmonary nodule screening in International Health Management Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional health guidance,and the observation group was treated with experiential health education combined with mind mapping.The self-management behavior,follow-up/review,adverse progression rate of the two groups were compared after discharge.Results 1-year follow-up showed that the compliance rate of self-management behavior in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The 12-month follow-up rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse progression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)during follow-up 4-12 months.Conclusions In asymptomatic pulmonary nodule screening patients,experiential health education combined with mind mapping can improve patients'self-management behavior,increase the review rate,reduce the risk of adverse progression and the effect is good.
