吴氏固冲补血痛经膏联合磁热疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症并发痛经的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察吴氏固冲补血痛经膏联合磁热疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症并发痛经的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年11月在福建中医药大学附属人民医院就诊的子宫内膜异位症并发痛经患者94例的临床资料,按治疗方式的不同分为两组,每组47例。对照组予以孕三烯酮胶囊、布洛芬胶囊治疗;观察组予以中西医结合治疗,在对照组基础上运用吴氏固冲补血痛经膏联合磁热疗法。比较两组持续治疗3个月的临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)、痛经症状量表评分(CMSS)、囊肿病灶最大面积、子宫动脉的阻力指数和搏动指数。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.74%、80.85%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的VAS、CMSS评分以及囊肿病灶最大面积、阻力指数、搏动指数较治疗前降低,且观察组的以上指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论吴氏固冲补血痛经膏联合磁热疗法可提高子宫内膜异位症并发痛经的临床疗效,减轻痛经症状,促使囊肿缩小,抑制子宫内膜异常生长。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wu's Guchong Buxue dysmenorrhea ointment combined with magnetic heat therapy on endometriosis complicated with dysmenorrhea.Methods Clinical data of 94 patients with endometriosis complicated with dysmenorrhea treated in our hospital from June 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and all the subjects were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given pregnrienone capsules and ibuprofen capsules.Observation group was treated with Wu's Guchong Buxue dysmenorrhea ointment combined with magnetic heat therapy on the basis of control group.To compare the clinical efficacy of continuous treatment for 3 months between the two groups.Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS),cox menstrual symptom scale(CMSS),maximum lesion size,resistance index,pulse index.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 95.74%and 80.85%(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and CMSS,maximum area of hygroma,resistance index,pulse index in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Wu's Guchong Buxue dysmenorrhea ointment combined with magnetic heat therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of endometriosis complicated with dysmenorrhea,relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,lessen the hygroma,and inhibit the abnormal growth of endometrium.
