少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的临床效果  

Clinical Effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion in Treating Dysmenorrhea of Cold and Dampness Stagnation

摘　　要：目的探究联合应用少腹逐瘀汤、雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经的效果。方法从2021年1月至2023年12月尤溪县中医医院收治的寒湿凝滞型痛经患者中选出109例,应用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(54例)使用双氯芬酸钠缓释片药物治疗,研究组(55例)在对照组基础上使用少腹逐瘀汤+雷火灸。对两组的治疗效果、不良反应、中医证候积分、痛经程度进行对比。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(94.55%vs.81.48%,P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(5.45%vs.3.70%,P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分、痛经程度评分均较治疗前降低,研究组中医证候积分、痛经程度评分更低(P<0.05)。结论联合使用少腹逐瘀汤、雷火灸治疗寒湿凝滞型痛经效果显著,能够改善痛经症状。Objective To explore the effect of combined application of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction and thunderfire moxibustion in the treatment of cold and dampness dysmenorrhea.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,109 patients with dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type admitted to Youxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and grouped by applying the randomized numerical table method;the control group(54 cases)was treated with diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets medication,and the study group(55 cases)was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction+thunderfire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,TCM evidence points,and the degree of dysmenorrhea were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(94.55%vs.81.48%,P<0.05);the difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(5.45%vs.3.70%,P>0.05);after the treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome score and dysmenorrhea score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the Chinese medicine syndrome score and dysmenorrhea score of the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined use of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction and thunderfire moxibustion in the treatment of cold and damp dysmenorrhea has remarkable effect,which can improve symptoms,relieve pain and improve quality of life,and has high clinical value.
