补肾壮骨汤结合中药熏蒸对创伤性骨折并骨质疏松症患者骨愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补肾壮骨汤结合中药熏蒸对创伤性骨折并骨质疏松症患者骨愈合的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2023年8月我院收治的122例创伤性骨折并骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,每组各61例,对照组给予常规治疗结合中药熏蒸,观察组给予常规治疗、补肾壮骨汤结合中药熏蒸治疗,两组持续治疗8周。治疗前及治疗结束后,比较两组骨折愈合时间、中医症候积分、骨代谢指标以及不良反应情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组骨折愈合时间更短(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候积分、骨代谢指标(骨钙素、骨碱性磷酸酶)均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。治疗后,较对照组,观察组中医症候积分更低,骨钙素水平更高、骨碱性磷酸酶水平更低(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论创伤性骨折并骨质疏松症患者接受补肾壮骨汤结合中药熏蒸治疗可有效缓解症状,促进骨代谢,加速骨折愈合。Objective To analyze the effects of Bushen-Zhuanggu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on bone healing in patients with traumatic fracture and osteoporosis.Methods A total of 122 patients with traumatic fractures and osteoporosis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,while the observation group received conventional treatment,Bushen-Zhuanggu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The patients of the two patients received the treatment continuously for 8 weeks.Fracture healing time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,bone metabolism index,and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Before treatment,the above indexes had no statistical difference between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment completion,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower TCM syndrome score,higher osteocalcin level and lower bone alkaline phosphatase level(all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bushen-Zhuanggu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigationtreatment in patients with traumatic fracture and osteoporosis can effectively relieve symptoms,promote bone metabolism,and accelerate fracture healing.
