摘 要:《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010,2016版)和《高层建筑混凝土结构设计规程》(JGJ 3—2010)均有抗震性能化设计的规定且略有不同,工程师在执行中可不避免地产生困惑。本文分析两本规范抗震性能化设计的规定,从荷载-位移曲线的角度阐述性能目标、性能水准的含义,并对比两本规范的设计参数。列举29个采用性能化设计方法的工程实例,分析位移指标的取值依据。根据上述两方面分析,总结两本规范性能化设计规定的不同点,并给出设计建议。The code for Seismic Design of Buildings(GB 50011-2010,2016 edition)and the Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Buildings(JGJ 3-2010)both have provisions for performance-based seismic design,albeit with slight differences.Engineers,in their execution,may inevitably encounter confusion due to these variations.This paper analyzes the provisions of both codes regarding seismic performance design,and explains the meanings of seismic performance objectives and seismic performance levels from the perspective of load-displacement curves.It also compares the design parameters of the two codes.By listing 29 engineering cases adopting performance-based design methods,this study analyzed the basis for determining displacement indicators.Based on the analyses of these two aspects,the differences in the specifications regarding performance-based design are summarized,and design recommendations are provided.
