摘 要:随着城市土地资源日益紧张,地铁车辆段上盖物业开发受到了许多开发商的青睐。然而,由于地铁上盖建筑的位置特殊,盖下地铁运行产生的振动可能造成上盖建筑的舒适度较差,给居民的生活和工作带来一定影响。因此,有必要对地铁车辆段上盖建筑的地铁致振动进行研究分析。本文选取上海徐泾车辆段上盖框架-核心筒结构办公楼进行振动响应测试,分析了结构内不同楼层的振动加速度变化和频谱规律,并利用Z振级、三分之一倍频程对不同楼层的竖向振动进行了评价。分析表明,随着楼层高度的增加,三向加速度整体呈衰减趋势,4~8 Hz的低频振动分量不断增加。竖向加速度放大较水平向加速度放大更明显,高楼层Z振级也出现放大效应,且多数工况18层Z振级大于1层Z振级。在三分之一倍频程评价中,13层和18层在4 Hz附近超限或接近限值,其他盖上测试楼层未出现超限现象。在设计中应关注盖上结构高楼层的振动情况,提高其舒适度。本研究结果可为地铁车辆段上盖框架-核心筒结构的设计提供数据支撑。With the increasing shortage of urban land resources,over-track buildings in metro depots have become favored by many real estate developers.However,due to the special location,the vibrations generated by the operation of the subway produces a negetive impact on the comfort of over-track buildings,which has a certain affect on the life and work of residents.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the subway induced vibrations in over-track buildings.In this study,a frame-core-tube structure office building in Shanghai Xujing Depot is selected for a filed test on vibration response,and the vibration acceleration and frequency spectrum of different floors in the structure were analyzed,and the vertical vibration of different floors was evaluated by using Z vibration level and one-third octave.The results showed that with the increase in floor height,the acceleration showed an overall attenuation trend,while the low-frequency vibration component of 4 to 8 Hz increased.Amplification occurred in higher floors,and the vertical acceleration amplification was more obvious than that in the horizontal direction.The Z vibration level of the higher floors also showed an amplification trend,and the Z vibration level of the 18th floor is greater than the lst floor in most conditions.Besides,the one-third octave in the 13th and 18th floors exceeded or was near to the limit value of 4 Hz,while it didn't exceed the limit on other floors of this building.Attention should be paid to the vibration of the higher floors to improve comfort during design.The results can provide data support for the development and design of over-track frame-core-tube structures.
